We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Licor 43 to join our Dallas team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing brand strategies that enhance brand equity and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within the adult beverage industry, and proven team management capabilities.   This role takes global brand strategy and then applies local strategies and activations in the US, through key markets.  Resource allocation and marketing mix is critical to defining the drivers of the brand and working within the brand team and commercial team for execution.  Collaboration across multiple departments, including global brand management, commercial, finance, and trade marketing, is essential to the success of the role.

The right candidate is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to engage with Stakeholders and serve as the primary brand ambassador for Licor 43, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and market presence.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand team on planning, brand strategy, and communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead and work with agencies to reach consumers (PR, Social Media, Advertising)
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee budget management and ROI tracking.
  • Establish KPIs to assess brand initiative effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep Licor 43 competitive.
  • Work with the US commercial team on route to market

Job Requirements and Skills:

  • 8+ years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on market expansion and identifying emerging market trends.  
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree with a specialization in Marketing preferred. 
  • Spirit industry experiences are necessary, while having a passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and behaviors within the category.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse marketing team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  Spanish fluency a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • A hands-on collaborative style of working 
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives. 
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet).
